Overview

MQI Degree college commenced the BBA program in 2007. It offers three-year undergraduate degree programme spread over six semesters. The program caters to aspirants who desire to build their professional competence with specialized knowledge in the subjects like Marketing, Finance, HR etc. Management as a subject of study has evolved in to a separate stream. Managing organizations of different nature require different tools and techniques to find the solutions to its problems. Like a mighty river takes its birth in small stream, the department had a humble beginning. Over the years the department has grown from strength to strengths making it one of the most sought-after colleges of Management studies in Bengaluru.

The Department of Management aims to instil the comprehension skills that are required to understand the subject in toto. The Value-Added courses is an activity beyond the university curriculum is an additional input imparted to the students, which enable them to carve a niche in the job market. Modern pedagogical methods, industrial visits, Quiz Competitions, Role Plays, Group Discussions, management fest, seminars, and workshops, interaction with industry experts. On Successful completion of BBA, it opens up new vistas such as MBA, placement or be self-reliant as an entrepreneur.

An annual inter collegiate fest confluence is organised every year in the college campus with participation by many colleges of the city. This fest is to inculcate competitive skills, bring out hidden talents with incentives the form of cash prizes and is considered a platform for emerging executives and managers. This festival is inaugurated by people in the background of corporate sectors, HRD, IT companies, Industrialists and Academicians. This festival is ultimately the festival of Entrepreneurship in business.

Eligibility

 Pass in 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in a single attempt.
 Scholarship facility to students above 85% marks.

Attendance

A student should have 75% attendance in each course. Any student who is not complying with this requirement will not be allowed to appear for Semester End University Examination.
