Library Services

The library follows an Open Access policy. The students can pick a book from the shelves and may refer to it in the library or borrow them.

Reference Books are meant for in-situ reference only. However, there is a provision of borrowing by the students and faculty members for overnight issue.

Orientation is given for the new students as a part of library facility and service.

The library has computer terminals for internet use. The internet and Wi-Fi service is available in the library.

The library photocopying service is available from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. The college supports the copyright policy.

The purpose of a current-awareness service is to inform the users about new acquisitions / arrivals in the library and conduct regular searches of databases to find references to new articles or other materials that fit a particular patron’s interest profile and forward the results of these searches to the patron or users.

Everyday hundreds of news items are published in newspapers in various languages. Apart from news items, a newspaper contains editorials, leaders, articles, letters, photographs, cartoons, comics, obituaries, book reviews, advertisements, etc. which can be utilized for the academic purpose from the library.
